🔥 Solid mix of strategies here.
Moral: don’t overthink the split—just lift, recover, repeat!

Who else likes giant sets on leg day?
Split or not, they hurt but grow quads fast 💥

Periodization FTW. 8 weeks split, 4 weeks full-body, repeat.
Keeps injuries away.

I log every workout. Push/pull/legs gives me the best progression.
But switching it up when bored helps too.

I do push/pull/legs + yoga on Sundays. Helps recovery a ton.

@JakeAnderson still do big lifts but save isolation for the burn.
Chest day = bench, flyes, push-ups to failure.

Bro-split crew: do you still hit heavy compounds or mostly isolations?

@FlexQueen that sounds brutal 😂
I’d rather stick to my sweet tempo lifts and chill.

Anyone tried full-body AMRAP sessions?
Feels like crossfit but actually fun once in a while.

Biggest thing is total sets per week.
You can do that with any split if you plan right.
