Stretch, eat, sleep and rest because that’s when growth happens. Respect your rest days or stay small.

I started taking 2 full rest days a week and my lifts finally started going up again. Crazy how we overlook the basics.

Rest is anabolic, plain and simple. If you’re eating right and sleeping deep, your body will do its thing. I can’t build a house without time to leave the cement set.

Facts, bro. I used to train 7 days straight thinking I was hardcore. All I got was sore joints and stalled lifts. The rest days changed the game for me.

Your muscles don’t grow while you’re lifting they grow when you rest. You break 'me down in the gym, but the real gains happen during recovery. No rest = no growth.
Take your rest days seriously. Eat, sleep, chill. Come back stronger. Rest days aren’t weakness they’re part of the grind. 💪
