One bad meal used to throw me off for days. Now I just call it a “refeed” and move on. No guilt. Back on track the next meal.

People treat diets like a punishment. I treat mine like fuel. If you see food as your gain-maker, everything shifts.

I struggled with emotional eating. Stress = snack attacks. I started journaling and drinking tea when cravings hit. Mindset matters too.

Night cravings destroy me, bro. Started eating more fats in the evening nuts, avocado. Keeps me full and I don’t raid the fridge at 2AM.

I used to go too hardcore, no carbs, no cheat meals. Burned out fast. Now I track macros and allow one fun meal a week. Balance wins. 😌
