Add core work daily during cuts. Helps with the lean, tight look.

I lift 5x/week and add 2–3 stair sessions. My legs love it 😅

Lift in the morning, fasted cardio in the evening. Keeps the fat dropping.

Heavy weights, low rest. Don’t skip heavy stuff or you’ll lose size.

Circuit-style training 4 days a week. High reps, short rest, nonstop sweat.

Push/pull/legs split with 30 mins incline walk post-lift. Easy and effective.

Supersets with minimal rest! Burn fat while lifting. Works every time.

Hey everyone! 👋 I’m in a cutting phase right now and want to make sure my workouts support fat loss without losing muscle.
Right now, I’m doing a mix of weight training 4–5x a week with added cardio (20–30 mins) after workouts. Focusing on higher reps, shorter rest and keeping the intensity up.
