Deadlift bar here—feels like cheating 😂 but helps me break the floor smoother.

Anyone using stiff bar vs deadlift bar? I noticed a big difference in whip timing.

@JakeAnderson +1 on the lats. I imagine I’m squeezing oranges in my armpits before pulling.

Conventional for me. I cue “lats tight, drag the bar up your shins.” Keeps my back safe.

Sumo here! My hip mobility improved a lot. But takes time to find your stance width.

I pull conventional, feet just inside shoulder width. Any sumo lifters here? Curious if I should switch.
