Thanks, everyone! Sounds like mixing different types of training and watching nutrition is the way to go. I’ll start tweaking my routine.

I focus on functional training with weights squats, deadlifts that build muscle but also improve overall fitness.

Just don’t overdo one thing. If you only lift heavy and skip cardio, your fitness suffers. Mix it up!

For me, nutrition is key. Eating right fuels muscle growth and keeps energy for fitness activities.

I used to think you had to choose one or the other. But now I do strength training plus some swimming and feel great all around.

I agree! I combine weight training with HIIT cardio. Helps me gain muscle but keeps my stamina up.

Totally possible! I do heavy lifting but also run and stretch regularly. It’s about balancing your training.

I’m curious, is it possible to build muscle and stay fit and healthy at the same time? Sometimes it feels like focusing on muscle gain means sacrificing endurance or overall fitness.
What’s your experience? How do you balance getting bigger with staying in good shape for everyday life?
