Thanks, everyone! Sounds like fat burners might have a small place, but they’re not essential. I’ll focus on dialing in my diet and training first. Appreciate all the input! 🚀

Forge21, that’s mostly BS. You can’t spot-reduce fat—it comes down to genetics and overall fat loss. Fat burners won’t magically target your belly or thighs. Just stick to the basics. 💪

What about fat burners that claim to “target stubborn fat”? Is that even real? Feels like marketing nonsense. 🤑

@Maverick, I’ve used Yohimbine during fasted cardio. 🚶‍♀️ It works if you get the timing right, but it can make you jittery if you’re sensitive to stimulants. Definitely start with a low dose.

Anyone tried Yohimbine HCL? I’ve read about it being effective, but the timing and dosage seem tricky. Curious if it worked for anyone here.

@BjornTitan, they won’t hurt, but they’re not game-changers. Cayenne might boost your metabolism slightly, and ACV helps with digestion. But don’t expect miracles—diet is still king. 👑

What about “natural fat burners” like cayenne pepper or apple cider vinegar? 🍎🌶️ Are those any good, or is that just another trend?

Totally agree, @MuscleRogue. I’ve only ever used fat burners when prepping for competitions. The difference was minimal, but when you’re stage-lean, every detail helps. Otherwise, they’re not worth the money. 💸

I’ve noticed that fat burners are most effective for the last 5–10% of your cut, when fat loss slows down. That’s when every little edge counts. Before that, it’s all about the basics: eat less, move more. 🏋️‍♂️
