Facts. On the days I eat good and sleep right, I don’t even miss pre.

Honestly, the best pre-workout is just proper sleep and carbs. No scoop can outwork being well-rested and fueled.

Sometimes I just dry scoop a monster amount of caffeine pills instead of pre-workout. Not tasty, but it does the job cheap.

For me, yeah. Total War is stronger, but Pre-Kaged feels cleaner and better for long sessions.

Pre-Kaged has been solid for me. Decent focus and no crash, feels more “steady energy” than cracked out vibes.

Bucked Up didn’t hit me at all. It tasted nice but felt like I was drinking juice with a pump sticker slapped on it.
