Chicken thighs, eggs, and Greek yogurt—those three never leave my grocery list. I also keep frozen shrimp around for quick meals. You don't need a fancy supplement stack to eat well and make gains; you just need a few reliable foods you actually enjoy eating. 💪🔥

The add-it-to-what-you-already-eat approach might be the move. I don't want hitting protein to feel like a second job, especially on rest days when my appetite isn't that high. What's one regular grocery-store food you always keep stocked for protein?

Canned salmon mixed with a little Greek yogurt, mustard, and seasoning makes a solid high-protein sandwich filling. It's quick, budget-friendly, and perfect when I don't feel like cooking after leg day. 🏋

My biggest hack is adding protein to food I'm already eating instead of creating extra meals. I'll add eggs to breakfast, chicken to a wrap, or Greek yogurt to a snack, and the daily total climbs without feeling like I'm constantly eating.

Don't sleep on edamame if you want a plant-based option. I throw it into rice bowls or eat it as a snack, and it gives me some variety when I'm tired of meat. 🌱

Overnight oats are a good call! I'm trying to build a few meals I can prep ahead so I'm not scrambling to hit my protein goal after a late workout. Having something ready in the fridge would make things a lot easier. 💪

I make overnight oats with Greek yogurt and milk. Easy breakfast, decent protein, and no morning cooking.

Shrimp is a seriously underrated option. It cooks fast, has plenty of protein, and works with tacos, rice bowls, or pasta. I keep a bag in the freezer for those nights when I have zero energy to cook but still want to stay on track with my macros. 🍤

Honestly, I stopped chasing some massive protein number just because fitness influencers say everyone needs it. I focus on getting a solid serving at each meal, then check where I land at the end of the day. It's much easier to stay consistent when you're not stressing over every single gram.

Fairlife milk has helped me bump up my protein without adding another meal. 🥛
