End of the day, if the bar weight isn’t dropping and you’re fueling right, muscle stays. Cardio just trims the fluff. Keep grinding.

True that. You can always eat back the calories if you’re scared of size loss. Clean food + steady cardio = best combo.

When I cut, I treat cardio like a tool, not punishment. I’d rather burn 300 Cals on the Stairmaster than starve 300 Cals of food.

Exactly. Fast walk or light bike, keep heart rate in the fat-burning zone, not sprint zone. That’s the sweet spot.

Bro, I do 20–30 min on the bike after every lift and I still bulk like a tank. It’s diet that decides if you shrink, not cardio.

The “cardio kills gains” myth gets blown up. It only happens if you go hard running miles daily. Post-lift walks? You’re golden.

I only do incline walking on the treadmill when cutting. Keeps the legs pumped without burning me out.
