Facts. As long as you’re not calling every other day a cheat day, you’ll be fine.

At the end of the day, bro, consistency beats perfection. One cheat meal doesn’t erase six days of discipline.

Biggest tip: plan your cheat meal after a hard leg day. Your body will use those extra carbs way better.

Yeah same here. Mine usually happens when I’m out with friends. Guess it’s worth it for the lifestyle balance.

I use cheat meals to socialize. Pizza night with the family or wings with the boys. Balance keeps me consistent long term.

If you’re hitting macros overall, you’re fine. The problem is when people use cheat meals as an excuse to go all out with zero tracking.

Cheat meals can backfire if you don’t control portions. I’ve had a “cheat” turn into a cheat weekend before 😅

I like that idea of calling it a refeed instead. Makes it sound less like I’m “messing up” and more like part of the plan.

I call mine “refeed days” instead of cheats. Still controlled, just higher carbs. Helps me stay lean without going nuts.

Cheat meals save me from binge eating later. Knowing I’ve got one coming makes me sick to my plan harder.
