Carb cycling sounds like something I should try. Seems like a middle ground instead of going super low all the time.

I cycle mine. Heavy leg/back days = high carbs, lighter accessory days = low. Works great and keeps me lean.

Also depends on your goals. If you’re cutting hard, lower carbs might help, but performance usually takes a hit.

That’s basically what I do low carb most of the day, but 70–80g pre-training. Keeps energy up and I don’t gain fat.

Makes sense. I was thinking about trying targeted carbs just before workouts instead of going to high carbs all day.

Agree. Carbs are muscle-sparing too. When I cut them too low, I feel like I start losing fullness even if protein’s high.

Bro, carbs = endurance. If you’re doing high-volume sets or cardio, low carb won’t cut it. Strength might hold for a while but stamina tanks.

I’ve been keto for 2 years and honestly still train heavy. It took a month to adapt, but once my body got fat adapted, I stopped crashing.

Timing makes a huge difference. Even if you eat lower carbs overall, hitting a solid pre-workout carb meal (like 50–60g) can keep strength up.

Yeah, that’s what I’m noticing flat workouts when I cut carbs too much. Wondering if maybe I just need to time them better around training.
