Honestly, patience is probably the hardest part. If you're training consistently, eating appropriately, recovering well, and gradually improving your performance, you're probably doing more right than you think. Keep going and give the process time. πŸ”₯

One thing that helped me was setting smaller performance goals. Instead of only thinking about gaining muscle or changing my physique, I focused on adding a few reps, improving my form, or increasing my working weight. Those small wins kept me motivated.

I think people underestimate how important nutrition is. You can have a great training program, but if you're not eating enough protein or getting enough overall calories for your goal, progress can be much slower.

I've been through this more than once. The biggest lesson I learned was that training harder isn't always the answer. I started paying more attention to technique, controlling the movement, and actually feeling the target muscle instead of just moving heavier weights. My progress became much better after that. πŸ‘Š

Progressive overload. Track your weights, reps, and sets. If you're gradually improving over time, you're moving in the right direction.

I would look at your recovery before adding more training. Sometimes people think they're not doing enough, so they keep adding sets and sessions, when the real problem is that they're not recovering from what they're already doing.

Sleep was the biggest change for me. I started getting 7–8 hours consistently, and my workouts improved almost immediately.

I've been following my current routine for around three months. I think I may have been focusing too much on how tired I feel after training instead of actually tracking whether my strength and performance are improving. I'm definitely going to start logging my workouts more carefully.
