Steakhouses are a great choice, @JakeAnderson. Another trick I use is ordering an extra side of protein. Like if I get a grilled chicken salad, I’ll add another chicken breast so I’m not hungry an hour later. Keeps me full and prevents snack cravings.

Sophia, you nailed it—Chipotle is solid. I also like steakhouse spots since you can always get a lean cut of steak with a side of steamed veggies. Just gotta be careful with the butter they drown everything in. I usually ask for it plain and season it myself.

@EthanBrown, I’d say Chipotle is my go-to. You can build a pretty balanced meal there—double chicken, extra veggies, brown rice, and guac. Just gotta skip the sour cream and cheese unless it’s a refeed day. 😆

Love these tips! @OliviaWilson, I agree—Thai and Mediterranean food are clutch for eating out 🍢🍇. Does anyone have a favorite go-to restaurant they can rely on for healthy options?

Double protein, no starchy sides—that’s my move. And if the portions are huge, I’ll drink a big glass of water before eating and stop when I’m full. It’s all about balance!

Thai food is my go-to! Tom yum soup or chicken satay is packed with flavor and easy to fit into macros. Also, asking for sauces on the side has been a game changer for me.

If I’m at a burger place, I’ll go for a lettuce-wrapped burger or just eat the patty with a fork. It keeps the protein high and the carbs low. And if I have a treat meal, I don’t stress—I just get back on track the next day.

Appetizers can be tricky, but I’ve found it’s easy to suggest healthier ones, like shrimp cocktail or veggie platters. And if I want fries, I’ll split them with someone to avoid overdoing it.

Prepping my day helps me stay on track—if I’m going out for dinner, I’ll save calories earlier in the day. Oh, and I avoid liquid calories like sugary cocktails. A vodka soda is my drink of choice when I indulge!

@EthanBrown, the to-go box idea is genius! For me, it’s all about swaps—like getting a side salad instead of fries. I’ve also noticed that Japanese and Mediterranean cuisines are lifesavers when it comes to finding healthy options. Sushi is my go-to!
