I’m all for it, especially when it’s specific to the lifts you’re doing. I’d rather spend five focused minutes getting my hips, ankles, and shoulders ready than randomly stretch for twenty minutes and hope it somehow makes my workout better. 🏋️‍♂️

Mobility isn’t magic, but better movement definitely helps.

I used to spend almost no time on mobility and would wonder why certain lifts always felt awkward. Once I started working on the specific areas limiting my movement, I could get into better positions and focus more on actually producing force instead of constantly adjusting my setup.

Ankle mobility has been huge for me because I can finally hit my squat depth without feeling like I’m fighting my own positioning. 🦵🔥

I think mobility helps most when you actually have a limitation that affects your technique, rather than just doing random stretches because someone on Instagram said you should.

Same! I started adding a short mobility routine before leg days, and I noticed my squat setup felt much more stable. It’s crazy how something that seems so small can change the way a whole workout feels.

Definitely worth the few extra minutes. ⏱️

For me, mobility work was a game changer after years of lifting. My shoulders used to feel tight during pressing, so I started doing a few controlled shoulder and upper-back drills before training. I’m not magically stronger overnight, but my technique feels cleaner and I can train with way less discomfort. 💪

I notice the biggest difference when I’m consistent with hip mobility because my squat depth and overall positioning feel much more natural instead of forcing myself into a range I can’t control.

Mobility definitely helps my overhead pressing.
