There are always new exercises, fancy variations, and trending movements popping up, but some lifts just stay in the rotation because they consistently deliver. For me, the exercises I keep coming back to are the ones where I can track progress, get a solid stimulus, and actually feel the target muscle working without making the movement unnecessarily complicated.
