@MasonTaylor, my go-to snack is trail mix with nuts and dark chocolate. Super calorie-dense and keeps cravings in check.

The key is consistency. You can’t just eat a ton randomly—you need a plan. I meal prep so I don’t rely on junk food when I’m starving.

Yeah, dirty bulking is a trap if you’re not careful. The last thing I want is to spend months cutting just to fix my bulk. I’d rather be patient and gain lean muscle.

I went full dirty bulk once, and it was a mistake. Gained a ton of weight, but a lot of it was fat. Now I just eat more of the foods I already like—steak, rice, eggs, etc. No need to go crazy.

Same here! I focus on whole foods, but I’ll add things like bagels, cereal, or ice cream if I need a calorie boost. Moderation is key!

I try to keep it 80% clean, but if I need extra calories, I’m not afraid to have some burgers or pizza. As long as I’m hitting my macros and not feeling sluggish, it works.

@OliviaWilson, yes! Breakfast sandwiches are underrated for bulking. I also do overnight oats—throw in peanut butter and protein powder, and you’ve got a calorie-packed meal with zero effort.

Anyone else do egg sandwiches? I load mine up with whole eggs, turkey bacon, cheese, and avocado on sourdough. Tastes amazing and fuels me for hours.
