I plan my cheat around events—birthdays, family dinners, etc.
Helps me enjoy life and stay lean. Best of both worlds.

I earned every cheat meal during my 12-week shred last year.
Now I’m in bulk and eat like a horse 😈

I do frozen yogurt with toppings after my long runs. Just feels deserved.

I skip cheat meals. But I add in 300–400 extra clean calories once a week as a “reset meal.”
Usually oats, banana, peanut butter.

I don’t do cheat meals, but I add soul food every now and then.
Homemade mac & cheese is therapy.

Cheat meals helped me stay mentally strong while cutting.
I do pizza + protein shake every Sunday post-deadlift.

I used to do cheat meals every Saturday. Now I do carb refeed instead with high glycemic carbs.
Cleaner energy, no bloating.
