@FlexQueen that wrap sounds gourmet 😍
I use leftover rotisserie chicken in wraps, with low-fat cheese and hot sauce. Quick, no-cook lunch idea.

You all making me hungry 🤣
Anyone tried egg white wraps? 1 wrap = 10g protein. I fill it with cottage cheese, greens, and smoked salmon.

@robertjohn that’s legit. I toss in PB2 powder for peanut butter flavor without the extra fat.
Also sprinkle on granola for crunch—cheat-treat without guilt.

Can we talk about protein ice cream?
I blend frozen banana, scoop of whey, dash of almond milk, and cinnamon. Game-changer during cutting 🍦

@EthanBrown yeah man! I use seitan for taco night.
Loaded it with black beans, Greek yogurt “sour cream,” and boom—50g protein plate easy 💪

Anyone try seitan?
It’s got a chewy meat texture and insane protein density.
I use it for wraps and fajitas. Just don’t overcook or it turns into rubber 😅

I’m loving all the creative hacks here.
Also: tempeh marinaded in soy sauce + air-fried = next-level crunch and protein.

Fairlife gang here 🙋‍♂️
I also sneak unflavored collagen into mashed potatoes. Adds 15g protein and doesn’t change taste.
Macros everywhere!

@JakeAnderson that's genius 😂
I’ll try that for a night snack. Anyone here use fairlife milk? Higher protein than regular and tastes amazing.

FlexQueen—YES! Chickpea pasta is a staple for me too.
Also shoutout to cottage cheese + salsa + hot sauce = weird but high-protein dip 😅
