Best cutting dessert = frozen protein yogurt cups. Blend Greek yogurt + whey, freeze in muffin tray.
Pop one post-dinner. Cold + creamy = satisfaction.

Chopped salads with grilled tofu and tahini dressing.
Tons of crunch and chew = slower eating = fuller feeling.

Water + apple cider vinegar before meals helps reduce cravings.
I thought it was hype but it works. 1 tbsp in water.
