For everyone planning to compete in 2026, how much time are you actually giving yourself to get stage-ready?

I’m seeing a huge difference in how people approach prep. Some start 10–12 weeks out and push hard, while others prefer 4–6 months to slowly bring down body fat while keeping as much muscle and strength as possible. I’m leaning toward the longer approach this year because I’d rather arrive at the show feeling prepared than spend the final weeks trying to fix things that should’ve been handled earlier.
How far out are you starting, and what are you prioritizing first — diet, training, cardio, posing, or recovery?
