Loving these suggestions! Seems like eggs, lentils, canned tuna, chicken thighs, Greek yogurt, and meal prepping are top picks. Anyone else got a budget protein hack?

Yo, everyone’s missing a key hack—meal prepping. If you don’t prep your meals, you’ll waste money eating out. I make a week’s worth of chicken, rice, and beans.

Press it first to get rid of extra water, then pan-fry it until crispy. Makes a huge difference!

I tried tofu, but it felt too soft. Any tricks to make it taste better?
