Machine high rows. Not every gym has them, but the angle mimics an archer pulling a bow. Stack my lats without wrecking my joints.

Don’t sleep on the good old dumbbell pullover. Old school, yeah, but it still gives me that crazy lat stretch nobody talks about.

Meadows rows, one-arm with a landmine. Stretch at the bottom, drive the elbow through. It feels different than dumbbells.

Yeah, weighted pull-ups humble you quick. I can only hit a few reps, but they feel way more productive than 12 easy pulldowns.

Weighted pull-ups. Everyone talks about lat pulldowns, but nobody loads up their bodyweight. Strap a plate and go heavy. My back blew up.

Seal rows. Not many gyms even have the setup but lying flat on a bench and rowing zero momentum, pure lat contraction.

Rack pulls from the knees up. Not just traps, man. If you really lock in form, it smashes your upper back like nothing else.

Funny you say that I only added straight-arms last month and I swear my lats felt pumped for days. Underrated for sure.

For me it was straight-arm pulldowns. It doesn’t look flashy, but the lat stretch and contraction is insane if you do it slowly.

Chest-supported T-bar rows, bro. Took the strain off my lower back and let me really focus on squeezing the lats. Game changer.
