Also look at foam rolling your quads. If they are tight, they pull the tendon up.

Kettlebell bottoms-up presses are incredible for forcing the stabilization mechanics to normalize between both shoulders.

And don’t forget mobility drills. Hip openers, ankle stretches = easier depth.

I like ATG because it builds mobility as well as strength. But I stop if my lower back rounds.

Hanging leg raises

Hollow body holds

Push-ups
Fits in my bedroom.
