A little ahead, no question. I’d rather have an extra week or two to make adjustments than realize I’m behind and start cutting everything aggressively.

Depends on the day. If I’m already warm and moving around a lot, I don’t need a huge warm-up.

Anything promising huge muscle gains without changing your training or diet gets an automatic side-eye from me. If the marketing sounds too good to be true, I'm probably keeping my wallet closed. 😂

The confidence boost is real. Being able to add weight to a lift that used to feel impossible is honestly one of my favorite parts of training. 🏋️‍♀️🔥

I’m doing a 4-day upper/lower split right now and loving it. The biggest change wasn’t even the split itself—it was actually resting enough between heavy sets. I stopped rushing through workouts and my numbers started climbing again.

I've been lifting for a couple years now, and I don't obsess over protein anymore. I have a rough target, build most meals around a quality protein source, and move on with my day. That approach has been much more sustainable for me.

I usually rotate between chicken breast, lean beef, turkey, salmon, eggs, Greek yogurt, and beans. That keeps my grocery list pretty simple while still giving me enough variety.

My glutes started growing when I stopped changing my routine every couple of weeks and actually gave myself time to get stronger.
