Re: Is It Normal to Feel Stronger on Random Days?

Re: Supplements That Actually Help With Joint Pain

Re: Wrist Pain on Pressing Days Anyone Figure Out a Real Fix?
Switching some barbell work to dumbbells helped me clean things up. Dumbbells let your wrists find a more natural angle instead of forcing one position.

Re: Are Daily Multivitamins Still Worth It for Lifters?
Yeah that’s kinda why I’m asking. My diet is good most days but not “perfect.” Just wondering if a multi actually covers anything meaningful.

Re: How Do You Know When Your Body Actually Needs a Break?
I check my sleep quality on my watch. Not gospel, but if it says I got trash sleep and my resting HR is elevated, I take that as a legit “chill out” day.

How Often Do You Actually Take a Full Rest Day?
Lately I’ve been training almost every day, but my body’s starting to feel it joints achy, recovery lagging. Curious how you guys do it… do you plan your rest days ahead, or just take one when your body tells you to chill?

Re: BCAA or EAA – Do They Actually Change Anything in Your Training?
EAA has the edge because it’s a complete profile. BCAAs are basically 3 aminos without the rest of the building blocks. If you’re gonna spend it, EAA makes more sense.
