Slow eccentrics plus a hard squeeze at the top changed everything for me. Less weight, more control and the pump sticks around longer instead of fading fast.

Hydration isn’t just about water intake it’s timing too. Sipping throughout the day > chugging before the gym. Electrolytes are solid if you sweat heavy or train in heat.

For me, ego lifting did more damage than the lifts themselves. Moderate weight + good form keeps me pain-free.

Meadows rows, one-arm with a landmine. Stretch at the bottom, drive the elbow through. It feels different than dumbbells.

End of the day, do what makes you feel primed. If you feel better stretching, cool. If not, skip it.
