Air-fryer chicken and frozen fries is probably my most repeated lazy dinner. Toss everything in, shower while it cooks, and dinner is basically waiting when I’m done.

“Never eat fast food.” I still eat pretty clean most of the week, but I’m not scared of grabbing Chipotle or a burger when I’m out with friends.

I’ve also started leaving a rep or two in reserve on most sets. I still train hard, but I’m not turning every set into a survival challenge anymore. My recovery has been way better.

I think social media makes women feel like every workout needs to be an all-out session. Sometimes a controlled workout where you leave with energy still in the tank is exactly what you need.

I've learned that ego lifting can set you back much further than taking a lighter day. I'd rather finish a workout feeling like I could have done a little more than force a heavy set with questionable form and risk missing training afterward.

My easiest dinner is ground beef, potatoes, vegetables, and some salsa. Nothing fancy, but it gives me plenty of protein and carbs without requiring a complicated recipe.

Electrolytes have helped me a lot during long outdoor workouts. I sweat quite a bit, so replacing those minerals keeps me feeling much better during and after training.

Wear what makes you comfortable, not what you think others expect. Comfort = better lifts = more confidence.
