Honestly, everyone’s stomach is different. The key is finding something you can digest fast that gives steady energy. Light carbs + a little protein is the sweet spot.

Some days during my cycle I feel fine, other days the cramps are brutal, and I can barely move. Curious how other women handle training during that time do you still hit the gym and just scale back or prefer to rest until it passes?
