I still use it for exercise ideas and motivation, but I limit screen time. Balance is key.

Usually around 9 to 12 total working sets per workout. For example, 3 heavy sets of bench, then 3 sets of incline DB, then 3 sets of high rep cable flies to absolute failure.

I prefer a hybrid approach. Heavy compound movements with low volume and high intensity, followed by high volume isolation pump work to finish the session.

Electrolytes don’t get enough credit. Once I added them intra-workout, pumps and endurance improved.

Yeah, I can still leg press fine, just any kind of hinge feels sketchy. Gonna try belt squats and see how that feels. I appreciate the tips fellas.

Lower Back Still Cooked – How You Guys Keep Training?
Jacked up my lower back pulling heavy a few weeks ago, still feels sketchy when I bend or brace. Y’all still hitting legs/back with tweaks like this or just ride machines and core work till it heals? Trying not to lose all my progress but don’t wanna end up fully cooked either.

Feels like every week there’s a new “must-have” supplement for lifters, but most of them seem like hype. For those of you who’ve tried a bunch, which ones genuinely helped with strength, recovery or muscle growth and which ones turned out to be a waste of money?
