Where do you want to take the squat from here? Once you've got a confident base it's fun to pick a strength goal - bodyweight on the bar for reps is a great first milestone.

Welcome to the good side. My tip now that you're hooked: learn to set up the rack and bar height confidently and quickly. Half the intimidation is fumbling with the pins while you feel watched. Once the setup is automatic you own the space.
