Science seems to lean toward 10 to 20 sets per week per muscle group as the sweet spot for natural lifters. Anything over 8 sets in a single session starts hitting diminishing returns.

I use dextrose during 2hr workouts. Keeps energy steady. For shorter sessions, not needed.

I used to think post was most important, but now I load carbs both sides. Helps my strength + recovery.

I used to half-squat, then wondered why my legs didn’t grow. Now I go deeper, at least parallel. Massive difference.
