Bodyweight + bands:

Pull-ups (door frame bar)

Band chest press

Pistol squats
Takes me 15 min, full-body hit.

I keep mine glute-focused:

Hip thrusts (using sofa)

Banded side walks

Step-ups on a sturdy chair
Tiny living room approved.

For me:

Push-ups

Dumbbell deadlifts

Jump squats
I also do a quick 5-min shadowboxing warmup.

Chin-ups

Dips (chair-supported)

Plank with shoulder taps
Small footprint, big results.

Roll-ups

Side planks

Bird dogs
Fits in a yoga mat space.

I do Resistance band rows, but it doesn't work at all..

Mix of strength + yoga:

Deadlifts (dumbbells)

Overhead press

Downward dog stretches
Keeps my back happy.

Burpees

Kettlebell swings

Jump lunges
Minimal space, max burn.

Hanging leg raises

Hollow body holds

Push-ups
Fits in my bedroom.
