That’s me sometimes I waste so much energy foam rolling and then my deadlifts suck 😅.

Mobility + activation > jogging in place. Way more useful if you want to move weight safely.

I warm up like I’m 60 so I can lift like I’m 25. Best advice I ever got, no regrets.
