Leaving the adjustable bench at a random incline and walking off. Minor, but flat is the polite default.

The collars. People never put the collars back. I spend half my session hunting for two matching clips.

This thread is therapeutic honestly. Sounds like 're-rack, wipe down, don't camp on a machine on your phone' covers about 90% of everyone's pet peeves.
