What’s Your “I’m Too Tired to Cook” Gym Meal? 😂

If I’m really tired, I’ll grab a burrito bowl from a nearby spot and call it a night. Rice, chicken, beans, veggies, salsa—easy post-workout meal without feeling like I completely abandoned my nutrition.

That’s the key for me too—having backup foods ready. When I have microwave rice, eggs, chicken, fruit, and protein shakes at home, I’m way less likely to order random food because I’m starving.

Cottage cheese, fruit, and a little honey. Sounds boring until you’re hungry at midnight after leg day.

Air-fryer chicken and frozen fries is probably my most repeated lazy dinner. Toss everything in, shower while it cooks, and dinner is basically waiting when I’m done.

My ultimate “I’m done for the day” meal is a turkey sandwich, Greek yogurt, and a protein shake. No recipe, barely any cleanup, and I can be eating in under 10 minutes. Sometimes the best gym meal is the one you’ll actually make when you’re exhausted.
