I aim for 220g daily. Breakfast is 6 eggs, oats with whey, and a turkey sausage.

Omg yes to sneaky adds! I mix collagen into my coffee, and blend silken tofu into smoothies.

Right now I'm deep into cutting, so my macros are tight.
Whey isolate, Greek yogurt, and lean beef are staples. Also: egg whites + cinnamon = protein French toast

I keep it simple: 140g protein goal, mostly from salmon, tempeh, and protein oats. Add flax seeds and it's a fiber bomb too.

I’m lazy with prep, so I bulk cook grilled chicken and air fry it in batches.
Shake with frozen bananas + peanut butter + chocolate whey is my guilty post-lift treat

Protein pasta has been a game-changer. Add lentil-based noodles with a lean meat sauce—easy 40g per plate.

I meal prep everything on Sunday: chicken thighs, quinoa, black beans.
Also drink 2 scoops of casein before bed. Helps recovery + boosts totals while I sleep

Totally forgot to mention: canned tuna + avocado + sriracha = lunch in under 3 mins. 40g of protein, easy.
