Magnesium has become part of my night time routine. I wouldn't say it suddenly changed my physique, but I like how it fits into my overall recovery routine.

I went through the phase where I bought every supplement that had a crazy label and neon-colored tub.

Now it's basically creatine, protein when needed, and caffeine occasionally.

Same! I definitely wasted money on a bunch of stuff I barely touched. Now I'm trying to figure out what actually deserves permanent space in the cabinet instead of just buying whatever is trending.

For muscle gain, I'd pick protein powder for convenience and creatine for training. That's honestly enough for most of my routine.

My supplement routine is ridiculously boring compared with what you see on social media. Creatine every day, whey when I need help hitting protein, and electrolytes when I'm doing longer or especially sweaty sessions.

The biggest difference for me wasn't one specific supplementโit was finally becoming consistent. Once I got my calories, protein, sleep, hydration, and training dialed in, supplements became the small extra instead of the main strategy.
