Elbow sleeves, shoulder warm-up, then bar-only bench. Donโt rush it โ the warm-up sets make the difference.

Thanks for all the tips, guys!

Looks like warming up properly really helps with both performance and staying injury-free.
Iโm going to stick with some light sets and mobility work before my next session.
Appreciate the advice!
