Good question! Here’s a simple breakdown:
✔️ Bikini: Focus on glutes, shoulders, and overall balance—lean but not overly muscular. More high-rep hypertrophy training.
✔️ Figure: More muscularity and symmetry—stronger shoulders, back, and legs. Heavier lifting with isolation work.
✔️ Physique: Leaner, more muscular than Figure. Higher volume training, more conditioning, and visible striations.

Each division requires a different approach, but posing and stage presence are just as important as training!
