Bikini: Focus on glutes, shoulders, and overall balance—lean but not overly muscular. More high-rep hypertrophy training.
Figure: More muscularity and symmetry—stronger shoulders, back, and legs. Heavier lifting with isolation work.
Physique: Leaner, more muscular than Figure. Higher volume training, more conditioning, and visible striations.
