Yoga-style mobility before lifting helps me. I feel smoother under the bar when I open hips and shoulders first.

I’ve thought about adding yoga moves to warmups. It might help with my squat depth.

Stretch after lifting, not before. Pre-lift should be dynamic movement, not holding poses.

End of the day, do what makes you feel primed. If you feel better stretching, cool. If not, skip it.
