One of my trainers told me:
“If you’re asking the question, you probably need the rest day.”
Honestly… kinda true.

Try doing a mini “readiness test”:
– 10 bodyweight squats
– 10 pushups
– quick mobility
If that feels horrible, it’s recovery day. If it wakes you up, go train. It works surprisingly well.
