Tart cherry supplements get mentioned a lot for soreness, but the results aren't guaranteed, and I wouldn't spend big money expecting a dramatic difference. I'd rather nail my calories, protein, hydration, and bedtime before experimenting with another product. Recovery is usually about the whole routine, not one magic ingredient. 🍒

I'm leaning toward keeping the stack simple instead of buying five different products at once. Creatine, enough protein, and better sleep seem like a solid starting point, while electrolytes make sense when I'm sweating a lot. What's one supplement you tried that genuinely wasn't worth the money?

BCAAs were the biggest letdown for me. Once I was eating enough complete protein, I couldn't justify spending extra on them. I'd rather put that money toward groceries and decent food prep. 💯

For me, the biggest recovery upgrade wasn't even a supplement—it was finally getting seven to nine hours of sleep consistently. I still use creatine and protein powder, but I notice a bigger difference in how ready I feel for heavy squats and deadlifts when my sleep is solid. 💤

Creatine, protein from food, and electrolytes when needed—that's my simple setup. No crazy recovery stack, no chasing every new product, just staying consistent and letting the training add up. 🔥
