I see a new “must-have” supplement every other week, and honestly, some of them seem to get way more hype than they deserve. 😂 What supplement do you think is overhyped, especially compared with simply getting your training, nutrition, sleep, and recovery dialed in?

BCAAs. If you're already eating enough protein, I don't really see the point.

Probably most of those “test booster” blends. The labels look impressive, but I’d rather spend that money on actual food. 💀

Fat burners are way overhyped IMO. People expect a scoop of powder to undo a weekend of burgers and beers. 😂

For me it's BCAAs. I used to buy them all the time because every fitness influencer seemed to have a tub, then I realized my regular diet was already covering what I needed.

I'm with you guys on this. I used to think a bigger supplement stack automatically meant better results, but these days I'm much more interested in what actually earns a spot in the cabinet. 💪

Pre-workout can be useful, but some of the crazy stim-heavy formulas are definitely overkill. If you need 400mg of caffeine just to survive leg day, something else might be off. 😅

Those “lean muscle” supplements always make me laugh. Give me a solid lifting program, enough calories, protein, and sleep before I start throwing money at a fancy bottle.

I’d say greens powders are probably one of the most over-marketed categories. They can be convenient, but I wouldn't treat a scoop as a replacement for actually eating vegetables. 🥦

Anything promising huge muscle gains without changing your training or diet gets an automatic side-eye from me. If the marketing sounds too good to be true, I'm probably keeping my wallet closed. 😂
