I’m trying to stick to healthy carbs like oats, sweet potatoes, fruits, and brown rice but I am curious about what works best for others here. Any underrated options you love?

I swear with quinoa and roasted veggies. Keeps me full and gives me crazy clean energy. Also, berries are my go-to post-workout carbs light but effective!

Sweet potatoes all day! 🍠I prepare them in bulk every Sunday. Also love Ezekiel bread great for morning carbs with eggs or nut butter.

For me, oats and bananas are my staples. Super easy on the stomach and great pre-workout. I sometimes add honey or cinnamon for taste and extra kick.

I rotate between brown rice and lentils. Lentils are super underrated packed with fiber and keep me full for hours. πŸ‘Œ

Chickpeas and black beans! πŸ’ͺ I do a lot of plant-based meals and they’re great for both carbs and protein. Also, I can’t forget whole-grain pasta now and then.

I keep it simple: fruit, oats and rice. I notice my recovery is better when I time carbs right around training. Carbs are friends, not enemies! πŸ˜…

Anyone tried purple yams? They taste amazing and digest better than regular potatoes. Also loving couscous lately quick and clean.
