Ladies: What’s the Best Clen Cycle for Fat Loss?

Hi everyone,
I’m planning to try a Clen-only cycle to help with fat loss and wanted some advice from other women who’ve used it.
I’m curious about a few things:
• What did you start with, and how did you increase it?
• How long did you run it 2 weeks on/off or something else?
• Any side effects I should be aware of?
• Did you follow a certain diet or change your workouts while on it?
I’m not adding any other compounds, just Clen. My goal is to cut safely and get the best results possible.

I started with 20mcg and slowly went up to 80mcg over 2 weeks. I took a 2-week break, then repeated. Helped me lean out fast!

Side effects hit me hard shaky hands and heart racing. I stopped at 60mcg. Make sure you monitor how you feel.

Clen worked, but only when my diet was 100% clean. No magic without strict eating and cardio!

I used 2 weeks on / 2 weeks off. Stayed under 100mcg max. Also took taurine to avoid cramps super helpful.

Ran it solo. Didn’t stack. Started low and built up. Drinking tons of water really helps with the side effects.

Used Clen for a short 4-week cycle. Got results but wouldn’t do it long term. Natural fat loss feels safer for me.

Clen gave me insane energy for cardio, but sleep was rough. Take it early in the day!
