What do you guys use to recover faster after intense workouts?
I’ve been dealing with soreness and slow recovery lately. Some say ice baths, others say stretching, supplements or just more sleep.
What’s helped you bounce back quicker and stay consistent in the gym?

Cold showers and ice baths after leg day = game changer for me.

Sleep is #1. No supplement beats solid 7–9 hours every night.

Active recovery and mobility work saved me. Foam roller is your best friend.

Try adding BCAAs and magnesium before bed. Helped reduce soreness for me.

Light walking or biking the day after heavy training helps blood flow = faster healing.

Infrared sauna helps me a lot after brutal sessions. It feels amazing too.

Thanks everyone! Gona starts focusing more on sleep and post-workout nutrition. It might give foam rolling and cold showers a shot too. I appreciate the tips!
