My go-to full-body workout includes compound lifts like squats , deadlifts, and bench presses. I focus on 3-4 sets of 8-10 reps per exercise. Here's how I structure my day:
Squats (3 sets, 8-10 reps)
Bench Press (3 sets, 8-10 reps)
Deadlifts (3 sets, 6-8 reps)
Pull-Ups (3 sets to failure)
Planks (3 sets, 30 seconds)
I try to hit this routine three times a week, with rest days in between for recovery!

Mountain Climbers (3 sets, 30 seconds)
This full-body workout keeps my heart rate up and builds strength. I do it twice a week along with some active rest days!

I stick to a simple routine to keep things efficient:
Barbell Rows (4 sets, 8 reps)
Overhead Press (3 sets, 8 reps)
Romanian Deadlifts (3 sets, 10 reps)
Pull-Ups (3 sets to failure)
I focus on full-body movement with good form to avoid injuries, and I usually add in core work at the end—Russian Twists and Leg Raises. It works great for me!

Full-Body Circuit Style

Ab Wheel Rollouts (3 sets, 10 reps)
I love to do this as a circuit to really push myself and keep the intensity high. It’s quick and keeps me moving!
