My shoulders used to hurt after benching, but switching to dumbbell presses helped a lot. I feel more in control.

Flat benching gives me trouble, but incline feels fine. Is it just me, or is this common?

It might be your form. Check if your elbows are flaring out too much. That’s a common mistake.

Has anyone tried floor presses to protect their shoulders? I hear they’re great for limiting range of motion.

I added a longer warm-up for my rotator cuff muscles—it’s been a game-changer.

Honestly, switching to machines sometimes is underrated. Stability matters when you’re rehabbing.
