Eating out used to stress me out, but I’ve learned a few tricks. I always check the menu online beforehand to plan ahead, and my go-to meal is grilled chicken or salmon with a side of veggies. Also, I’ll ask for a to-go box as soon as the food arrives to pack up half—portion control made easy!

@EthanBrown, the to-go box idea is genius! For me, it’s all about swaps—like getting a side salad instead of fries. I’ve also noticed that Japanese and Mediterranean cuisines are lifesavers when it comes to finding healthy options. Sushi is my go-to!

Prepping my day helps me stay on track—if I’m going out for dinner, I’ll save calories earlier in the day. Oh, and I avoid liquid calories like sugary cocktails. A vodka soda is my drink of choice when I indulge!

Appetizers can be tricky, but I’ve found it’s easy to suggest healthier ones, like shrimp cocktail or veggie platters. And if I want fries, I’ll split them with someone to avoid overdoing it.

If I’m at a burger place, I’ll go for a lettuce-wrapped burger or just eat the patty with a fork. It keeps the protein high and the carbs low. And if I have a treat meal, I don’t stress—I just get back on track the next day.

Thai food is my go-to! Tom yum soup or chicken satay is packed with flavor and easy to fit into macros. Also, asking for sauces on the side has been a game changer for me.

Double protein, no starchy sides—that’s my move. And if the portions are huge, I’ll drink a big glass of water before eating and stop when I’m full. It’s all about balance!
