Yeah that’s exactly what happened. I didn’t hype it up, just lifted. Meanwhile the days I’m amped I overdo it and it backfires.

Is It Normal to Feel Stronger on Random Days?

Walked in tired, expected a trash workout… ended up hitting a PR. Other days I feel great and lift like a toddler. What’s the science behind this randomness?

About 60–75 minutes for me. Once I go past that, intensity drops and I’m just going through the motions.

Warm-ups mattered more than I expected. Light band work and wrist circles before pressing made a noticeable difference after a couple weeks.

A lot of companies are just chasing the stim junkies now. If it doesn’t make you feel cracked out, people say it’s “weak,” even if the formula is solid.

Drop sets on dumbbell curls followed by rope pushdowns. By the third round my arms feel like they’re going to split. Old-school but still undefeated.

I only use them during prep because my food variety tanks. Off-season I skip it completely. Depends more on your diet than your training.

Honestly it’s more about digestion than the exact food. Anything high carb, moderate protein, low fat that you personally digest well will outperform a “perfect” meal that sits like a brick.
