Re: 💊 What Supplement Do You Think Is Way Too Overhyped?

Fat burners are way overhyped IMO. People expect a scoop of powder to undo a weekend of burgers and beers. 😂

Re: Building Muscle Without Losing the Feminine Look

For anyone nervous about starting, you don't have to copy a bodybuilding routine. Start with basic movements, learn good technique, gradually increase the challenge, and let your body adapt. Your program should reflect the physique and strength goals you actually want.

Re: How Do You Hit Your Protein Goal Without Eating the Same Foods Every Day? 💪🍗

I switched from prepping the exact same meal every day to prepping ingredients instead. I’ll cook chicken, rice, veggies, and ground beef separately, then make tacos, bowls, wraps, or burritos depending on what I’m feeling. Way less boring. 🔥

Re: Anyone else feel like competition prep is harder mentally than physically?

Really appreciate all the advice here. I think I've been focusing too much on the idea of the actual competition and not enough on everything that comes before it. The comments about posing and the mental side especially gave me something to think about. I'm going to take my time, prepare properly ...

Anyone else feel like competition prep is harder mentally than physically?

I've been thinking seriously about entering my first bodybuilding competition, and honestly, the closer I get to committing, the more nervous I feel. The training doesn't scare me as much as the long prep, strict diet, cardio, posing practice, and staying disciplined when progress starts to slow ...

Re: Is It Normal to Feel Stronger on Random Days?

Yeah that’s exactly what happened. I didn’t hype it up, just lifted. Meanwhile the days I’m amped I overdo it and it backfires.
